My name is Mark Welchert, I am a lifelong resident of Quincy and have raised two wonderful daughters here. 

I enjoy life, I like to do things that make myself and others happy. My passion is skydiving! I have been an instructor and currently do tandem skydiving during the summer. I enjoy taking first time jumpers on an experience they will never forget. 

I also enjoy buying, renovating and selling homes! I have flipped over 30 homes and find it very rewarding.
